| Razia Said is a Malagasy musician from Antalaha who lived in Madagascar until the age of seven. She currently lives in New York where she performs regularly. Her latest music collection, Zebu Nation, was inspired by a return visit to her country and is a mixture of western and Malagasy rhythms and sounds. The singer moves effortlessly between Malagasy, jazz and R&B music styles with deep rhythms and soothing melodies that gently grab the listener. Zebu Nation creates a vivid, soulful portrait of Madagascar, whose culture and music are little known outside its borders and its committed to helping the environmental crisis in Madagascar through music and the arts !
